Royal Mail International Exports
ROYAL MAIL SUFFERED A CYBER ATTACK ON 11 JANUARY 2023.
This resulted in Royal Mail suspending all international mail exports and as such any international mail in their system as of 11 January 2023 being held by them until they restart exporting the international mail again.
This means that any international orders placed from 3 January 2023 have been held by Royal Mail which means there will be a significant delay in your order arriving with you.
This is completely out of our control and we advise you read Royal Mail's information for updates on the situation.

We have emailed all customers whose orders have been affected - please check your spam box.
**UPDATE 1 FEBRUARY 2023**
Royal Mail are now accepting international packets again but there will be delays whilst they process them.
Customers whose orders are being sent via Royal Mail international services will receive a dispatch notification email which will contain the tracking number. This can be checked on Royal Mail's website but they do advise that tracking information maybe limited whilst they continue to work out the kinks in their new system.
