The dispatch timescales do change dependent on the order queue size so please check the Information Bar at the top of the home page to see current dispatch times.  
Delivery timescales stated are from dispatch not from placing an order.

UK orders - we offer 3 shipping options: 

Tracked 48 - £2.90 - delivered 2 to 3 working days from dispatch
Tracked 24 - £3.80 - delivered 1-2 working days from dispatch
Special Delivery £10 - delivered 1 working day from dispatch 
(all shipping options have the same dispatch times)

Please allow upto 15 working days from dispatch for delivery as Royal Mail states this is the timeframe that must be allowed before an item can be deemed 'lost'.

International Orders
Tracked / Signed For - £18 - can take between 3 and 30 working days from dispatch.

For orders going to Australia & Ireland - these need to be sent via courier due to issues with Aus Post and customs clearance.

Placing an order with an address in a language other than English
All orders need to be provided with a shipping address in English for the UK postal service to accept it. If you provide an address in a language other than English your order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus a £4 admin fee.
