All shipping is done to your address given at time of payment only.
All orders are usually shipped within our stated dispatch timeframe.
The current dispatch timeframe will always be highlighted on the website.
Please check this prior to ordering.

If you email about your order prior to the stated dispatch timescale passing it will not receive a reply.
If you provide an incomplete shipping address or an address that is not in English format, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping to PO Box addresses is not permitted. If you state a PO Box as your address you will automatically be refunded minus an admin fee of £2.
International orders are via Royal Mail Tracked and/or Signed For service.
International shipping typically can take between 1 and 25 working days to arrive once dispatched and is dependent on the delivering postal service and arrival country's customs processes.
International shipping is £18 (except USA & France)
Shipping to Australia & Ireland due to issues with standard mail and customs is via special courier.
Shipping to USA & France - prices have changed and now include customs duties and handling fee as set by Royal Mail.
Shipping rates to USA 7 France are dependent on order value.
International shipping to Saudi Arabia is not available. If an order is placed to be shipped to Saudi Arabia the order shall be cancelled and refund issued minus a £4 admin fee.
All international orders (except for orders going to USA & France) are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). DDU is where the recipient pays all customs, duties and fees after their order arrives in their country.- Remember: Your order will be held by customs until payments are made.
NOTE: If you do not pay these fees and refuse the parcel and it is returned to us you will be refunded once the order is received by us. The refund will be minus ALL postage costs and an admin fee of £6 per item will be deducted.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees.
International orders to USA & France (from 18 April 2026) are now sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) which means your shipping costs include all duties relevant to your parcel and you will have nothing further to pay to receive your goods.
Placing an order with an address in a language other than English
All orders need to be provided with a shipping address in English for the UK postal service to accept it. If you provide an address in a language other than English your order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus a £4 admin fee.
Combining orders:
If you make multiple separate purchases we can combine in one shipment if you wish. In this instance once the orders have been shipped any over-payment in shipping costs will be refunded.
Combined orders over the value of £200 will be sent via courier.

International orders may be liable for international duty and import charges.
All international orders (except to the USA & France) are sent DDU (delivery duty upaid). This term indicates the seller is only responsible for shipping the product and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carries, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees upon delivery.
Therefore international orders might result in additional charges to the customer.
How orders are sent
All namesets are sent in A4 hard-backed envelopes or A4 mail boxes. Patches are sent out in letter sized envelopes.
Nameblocks come in straight line blocks unless otherwise indicated when ordering.
If it's a double digit number they will come as single numbers or as 2 numbers if thin enough.
If you want the namesets to come as a whole sheet ready to apply straight to a shirt please contact us prior to ordering to get an up-to-date accurate shipping price as our charged shipping prices are for A4 size packets.
Orders that are 'returned to sender'
If an order is 'returned to sender' for any reason you will be responsible for paying re-shipping costs.
If you choose not to have your order re-shipped a refund will be minus original shipping costs ( for UK orders that are shipped with postage included the refund will be minus £2.50, international orders will be minus the shipping costs you paid) and an admin fee of £6 per nameset. This is because the namesets will not be resaleable.
Orders that are not delivered.
If an order is not delivered a loss claim will be submitted with the postal provider in line with their stated loss claim policy timeframe.
A replacement order will then be sent.
The postal provider will complete an investigation in which time they may contact the receiver to confirm non-receipt.
If upon the completion of their investigation it is deemed an order was delivered we will make contact to recover our losses.
