All orders must be inspected upon delivery at the original shipping address provided when the order was placed.

Any issues, including damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items, must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@houseofnamesets.co.uk.

Please do not apply, print, alter, wash or otherwise use any item until it has been fully inspected. Once an item has been used or applied, it will be deemed accepted and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return request period from the date your order is delivered.

As most of our products are personalised or custom-made, returns are not automatically accepted. Personalised items are generally exempt from cancellation and cooling-off rights under consumer legislation.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us before returning any item.

To request a return, email info@houseofnamesets.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

No items should be returned without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Items that have been applied, printed or otherwise used before an issue is reported will be considered accepted.

Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or where we have made an error with your order.

Lost, Returned or Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, refused delivery or unpaid customs charges, any refund will exclude the original shipping costs.

Orders deemed lost in transit will be investigated with the delivery carrier before a refund or replacement is considered.
