Terms and Conditions

Once your shirt is with us we will assess what needs to be done. If repair or restoration looks unlikely we will advise and return shirt to you. We will refund you minus shipping fees.

We aim to complete every repair/ removal so that there is no residue or staining visible on the shirt without the need to cover the area of removal.
However this is not always possible and the customer must therefore be prepared to have to add a new name, number, sponsor or patch to cover the removal area up as much as possible.

Slight stretches to the material can occur during the process of repair/ removal.

Due to shirts stretching and becoming mis-shapen over time from repeated wear and washing, replacement name, number, sponsor or patches may not fit exactly over the removed item.

The repair/ removal service can make bobbles and pulls already on a shirt slightly worse.

We will wash the shirt during the repair/ removal service in cold water and air dry it.

We can only use name, numbers, sponsors and patches purchased from us to apply on to the repaired/ restored shirt.
If replacement nameset, sponsors, patches are required this cost will be included with the quote provided to you.

Original namesets, patches and sponsor are often either no longer viable due to their age.. We use materials produced by the world's leading manufacturers to produce replacement materials. 

Exact colour and placement cannot be guaranteed and small tolerances must be accepted.

Although we take the upmost care during the repair/ removal process we cannot be held liable for any damage caused to the shirt during this process.

We will provide an estimated turnaround time when you have agreed the price. This times will only start once the shirt arrives with us. We do not offer repair/ restoration services at the weekends or Bank Holidays.

Shirts must be sent via Tracked 24 or Special Delivery at the customer's expense.
Price quoted will include return shipping via Tracked 24 or Special Delivery if the customer is in the UK. 

When a price is agreed we will email a copy of our Disclaimer which can be digitally signed and returned by email or printed off and signed and included with the shirt.
We will not be able to complete any restoration work without the signed disclaimer.
